Turbak offer full services property management and asset management for multi-tenant industrial properties.

Working cooperatively with our brokerage and leasing staff to provide our clients with high occupancy rates, minimal tenant turnover and steady rate increases, our property management team's goal is to promote asset appreciation. We attribute our high tenant retention rates to our focus on tenant relations and quick response to tenant service requests. We also act as the owner's representative in planning, designing and constructing tenant spaces.

Turbak includes the following services for properties under contract: (a) Administration of all lease contracts, (b) State-of the-art monthly reporting to property owners, (c) Preparation of annual operating budgets, (d) Negotiation, supervision and implementation of all vendor contracts or agreements required in the physical maintenance of the property. (e) Receipt of all rental income and payment of all property related invoices
